Horseshoe Hill is a spacious western themed house that provides plenty of room. The living room has a built in fireplace and color satellite television with plenty of seating. The fully equipped kitchen contains a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/range, toaster, coffee maker and complimentary coffee. The dining area opens out to the front deck which offers our guests the option of indoor or outdoor cookouts.

The 5 bedrooms consist of:

1 master suite with private entrance, private bath, a California king bed, sitting lounge area and a breathtaking view of the lake through a wall of oversized windows. Complete with linens and towels.

1 queen bed bedroom and 1 full bed bedroom each having country charm linens. 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds while another has twin bunk beds each decorated in western buckaroo themed linens. The living room also has 1 sleeper sofa.

* Deposits is required at time of reservations of $250.00. Deposits will be returned within 5 days after check out and when the property has been determined free of damage and only requires general cleaning and disinfection. Damage to property, household, furnishings, lost or stolen items, or excessive clean-up will be deducted from the deposit. Any additional costs not covered by the deposit will be charged to the guest.

To cancel a reservation for Horseshoe Hill and receive a deposit refund the following criteria must be met.

Guests are allowed only 4 vehicles.

Cancellation Policy:

Regular reservations must be cancelled 1 week prior to your reservation date or 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. Holiday reservations must be cancelled 1 week prior to your reservation date 100% of the deposit will be forfeited and your credit card will be charged for 2 night's stay.
