The Yellow House is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house. It comes with a California king in the master bedroom and private bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 full size beds. The family room also has a sofa sleeper. The Yellow House comes with linens, color satellite television, full kitchen, which includes refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and complimentary coffee. The family room has a full private bath located next to it. The Yellow House also has a covered patio, large table and 6 chairs for outside dining and a charcoal grill out back. Maximum occupancy is 8.

* Deposits is required at time of reservations of $150.00. Deposits will be returned within 5 days after check out and when the property has been determined free of damage and

only requires general cleaning and disinfection. Damage to property, household, furnishings, lost or stolen items, or excessive clean-up will be deducted from the deposit. Any additional costs not covered by the deposit will be charged to the guest.

To cancel a reservation for the Yellow House and receive a deposit refund the following criteria must be met.

Cancellation Policy:

Regular reservations must be cancelled 1 week prior to your reservation date or 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. Holiday reservations must be cancelled 1 week prior to your reservation date 100% of the deposit will be forfeited and your credit card will be charged for 2 night's stay. Guests are allowed only 4 vehicles.
